Exit slips or tickets provide effective and valuable formative assessment opportunities. These awesome tools can also be used as entrance tickets or quick homework assignments, and they can be used for ANY subject!

This resource contains more than 40 different exit/entrance slips that can be used in any subject area. Each slip comes in two sizes and styles. One is a low ink version, with multiple slips per page. The other is a full-color version that will be perfect for teacher modeling or display.

How can you use exit and entrance slips to benefit instruction?
