Description
In 1861, Atlantic Monthly magazine published a Henry Wadsworth Longfellow poem that catapulted Paul Revere from relative obscurity to superstar status. The poem is the equivalent of a blockbuster movie. Every single time I read it to a class, they cheer for the hero at the end! Your students will love reading the poem and then reading the true story of Paul Revere, told by the man himself.
This 6-7 day high-interest unit is ready to PRINT and GO!!
